Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I return?

If you only ordered one bottle and are not happy with the product, there is no need to return it if opened. Simply call or email us and we’ll process your return within one business day.

If you ordered multiple bottles and have unopened product, any unopened bottles will qualify for a full refund of the product upon return of the remaining product; partial refunds can be granted with no return required. Refunds are only applicable to cost of product, as shipping fees are non-refundable. Please have your invoice number and your name as used on your credit card ready.

Return Procedure

Please have ready the number of your invoice, your name as used on your credit card and your shipping address. We will process a full refund within one business day.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

How long will it take to process my refund?

If you are calling to request a refund for a single bottle purchase, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. For multiple bottle returns, after your return package is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed 1-2 business days later.

Cancellation of Future Orders/Memberships

If you wish to cancel future deliveries of product you may visit contact our customer service at 888-565-8853 daily from 8am to 10pm EST or email us at [email protected] and request that such future shipments be terminated.

When emailing us, please include your full name and address, as well as the name of the Product(s) that you ordered. Your request for termination, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, if your product has already been shipped or delivered as of the time of your call, we ask you to please ship the unopened bottle back to us at the time of the refund.
