Return Policy

We strongly believe in our products and our mission is to have every customer leave satisfied, which is why we stand behind our money back guarantee.

Once your product arrives, try Nervexol for a full 180 Days and if you aren’t happy for any reason with your most recent order, contact us at 888-565-8853 (8am – 10pm (EST) M-F, 9am - 5pm (EST) Sat) or email us at support@nervexol.com and we’ll provide you with a full refund on qualifying returns.

Product refunds are limited to the most recent purchase and are limited to a maximum of the purchase price of your most recent shipment.

Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: 180-day refund policy is in effect for orders placed on or after March 19, 2020.  All orders placed prior to that will be eligible for the prior 60-day policy.

What should I return?

If you only ordered one bottle and are not happy with the product, there is no need to return it if opened. Simply call or email us and we’ll process your return within one business day.


If you ordered multiple bottles please return all bottles (opened or unopened) for a full refund of the product upon return of the remaining product; partial refunds can be granted with no return required.

Refunds are only applicable to cost of product, as shipping fees are non-refundable. Please have your invoice number and your name as used on your credit card ready.


If all bottles aren't shipped back, a partial refund will be processed.

Return Procedure

Please have ready the number of your invoice, your name as used on your credit card and your shipping address. We will process a full refund within one business day.

Please include a note with your name and order number in your return package so we may expedite your transaction.


Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

How long will it take to process my refund?

If you are calling to request a refund for a single bottle purchase, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. For multiple bottle returns, after your return package is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed 1-2 business days later.

Cancellation of Future Orders/Memberships

If you wish to cancel future deliveries of product you may visit contact our customer service at 888-565-8853 or email us at support@nervexol.com and request that such future shipments be terminated.

When emailing us, please include your full name and address, as well as the name of the Product(s) that you ordered. Your request for termination, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, if your product has already been shipped or delivered as of the time of your call, we ask you to please ship the unopened bottle back to us at the time of the refund.
